粉皮拌鸡丁的做法

  主 料: 粉皮2张,青瓜1个,鸡丁3两(约120克),红椒粒少许,葱茸1/2汤匙,蒜茸1/2茶匙。   配 料: 腌鸡丁料:生抽、胡椒粉、麻油、生粉各少许。调味料:生抽3/2汤匙,糖2茶匙,麻油少许。   做 法: 1、粉皮用温水冲净,撕成块,沥干水,青

  主 料: 粉皮2张,青瓜1个,鸡丁3两(约120克),红椒粒少许,葱茸1/2汤匙,蒜茸1/2茶匙。

  配 料: 腌鸡丁料:生抽、胡椒粉、麻油、生粉各少许。调味料:生抽3/2汤匙,糖2茶匙,麻油少许。

  做 法: 1、粉皮用温水冲净,撕成块,沥干水,青瓜连皮洗净,切丝。2、鸡丁放碗内,加腌鸡丁料拌匀。3、烧热两汤匙油,爆香葱茸、蒜茸,放下鸡丁炒香,取出。4、将粉皮放入炒镬里迅速炒拌,至透明即加入调味料、葱粒、红椒粒、青瓜丝兜匀,上碟,洒上鸡丁即成。

  备 注: 炒粉皮要注意的是用旺火迅速炒才不会烂。
